Hasan Abdullah

Personal Biography

I am a native of Birmingham, Alabama, and I received a biochemistry and pre-medical studies degree from the US Naval Academy in 2019. I spent my whole collegiate career as the starting point guard for the Navy men’s basketball team, and I currently hold the steals record at the university. I own a few single-family homes and am a Naval Officer on active duty in San Diego, California. The real estate sector and the secrets to generating wealth for future generations, more notably multifamily homes and apartments, have long piqued my interest.

Like most people, I believed that only the wealthy elite could afford to invest in apartments. I had no clue that the average person could invest in apartment buildings and multifamily homes with the same ease as the CEO of a Fortune 500 corporation.

Past Experience

A YouTube advertisement I saw across inspired me to start investing in flats. Thanks to this ad, I was able to study the ins and outs of multifamily investing and receive mentoring from experienced multifamily operators in the field. The YouTube algorithm must not be all that unpleasant after all. After getting started about a year ago, I am eager to assist others in reaching their financial objectives and impart the wealth of knowledge I have acquired. My ultimate goal in entering the multifamily industry is to assist my family build generational
wealth, enjoy true time independence, and encourage others to do the same. We will enjoy our legacy while leaving one for our family
